“Different form of communication from me to the artwork and the artwork to me”

The Flower

A flower struggles to show us hopes, dreams, promises and beauty,

A person struggles for hopes, dreams, promises and beauty,

When a person reaches their darkest hour, and sees no tomorrow,

When a person life’s burdens bends them down, and they are ready to quit;

If they see a flower, and remember their own hopes, dreams, promises and beauty,

They may pick up their burdens, which are now lighter, and walk into tomorrow,

Where there awaits them, their own hopes, dreams, promises and beauty.
